The following policies describe how the Meeker Education Foundation uses personal information submitted by anyone accessing its website. 1. Changes In Our Privacy Policy The Foundation reserves the right to change these Privacy Policies without providing advance notice of its Board of Directors’ intent to make the changes.

- Personal identifiable information such as names, postal addresses, and email addresses are collected when submitted voluntarily by visitors to the site. This information will only be used to fulfill requests/answer the questions of those offering it.
- The Foundation will not disclose your personally identifiable information without your permission (i.e. for newsletters) unless it needs to do so in order to comply with applicable law, a subpoena, or another legal process.
3. Distribution of Information
The Meeker Education Foundation respects the privacy of its participants and shall not disclose, distribute or rent its email list to any third party, nor shall it permit anyone else to do so.
4. Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as phone, email or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users' personally identifiable information. 5. Newsletters
All interested parties may sign up to receive our newsletter. Upon subscribing, and included in every newsletter, is a link to an automated "unsubscribe" system. We will not sell or release the newsletter mailing list to any other party for any reason.

Your personal information is kept secure. Only members of the Board of Directors of the Meeker Education Foundation will have access to this information. All emails, newsletters and feeds from this site allow you to unsubscribe to these mailings and /or notifications
